Welcome to our Group Session Room

In Mallow Therapy Centre we offer group sessions in a variety of mind/health related matters. Groups are restricted in size to maximise the time given to you individually in the group and to enhance your experience. The venue is also comfortable and discreet. The importance of confidentiality is addressed and protected within the context of group work.

Group work is different; however it is something not to be afraid of. It offers you a unique opportunity to work through issues and learn as you move forward in your life, with other people who have the similar problems and issues as you. You soon realise that you are not alone in the world and not the only person to feel unsure on entering a group for the first time. Peer support can be extremely beneficial in the ongoing process of healing, self-discovery and learning, even after the course has completed.

These group sessions vary in duration and time according to the program offered.

 Fees for Group Sessions *

Payment for group sessions costing;
1.   €20; a deposit of €10 is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due on the day or night.
  2. Over €20; a deposit of €20 is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due on the first day or night.
